CLASHub v1.2 is an integrated platform for exploring microRNA-target interactions and multi-omics datasets.
The CLASHub Database supports exploration of microRNA-target interactions across four model organisms: Human, Mouse, Drosophila, and C. elegans. It currently hosts 146 CLASH datasets (55 published and 91 newly generated by our lab), together with 245 RNA-seq and 157 miRNA-seq datasets covering matched cell lines and tissues. CLASH (Crosslinking, Ligation, and Sequencing of Hybrids) directly captures miRNA-target pairs bound to AGO proteins, providing a more accurate view of regulation than prediction alone.
Beyond the database, CLASHub Analyzer provides built-in tools for fast, in-depth analysis, including CLASH data processing, miRNA-seq analysis, RNA-seq analysis, and cumulative fraction curve generation. These tools support precise identification of miRNA binding sites and quantitative assessment of miRNA impact on gene expression.
